Quality Inspector Flight Line AVMEC Ground Test Engineer GTE - FALA

Quality Inspector Flight Line (AV&MEC) & Ground Test Engineer (GTE)


Accountabilities

• Perform inspection; troubleshooting and test per appropriate manuals and regulations as required on aircraft;

• GTE is responsible for Ground test including GTI/RTI, ENG RUN, LOW SPPED TAXI delegated by EVRC

• GTE is responsible for milestone meeting decision including FOT, PFFM,H/O etc.

Qualifications Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree or above in aerospace and/or the equivalent and a minimum experience of 5 years in aerospace.

• Knowledge and experience in Airbus aircraft will be a strong plus;

Main activities

PRODUCTON PHASE           

 Before FOT:

• Perofrm final GTIs test and troubleshooting if necessary, ensure the FOT on quality on time,

• Prepare weighing check list, go on the A/C check the weighing balance list make sure  the A/C furnishings and equipment were correct installed in according with required.

• Prepare the documents and folder for GTIs in flightline           

On FOT day:

•  FOT meet make decision of the A/C is clear for release to Flight-line.

•  Open TLB ,and transfer Folio item to TLB

•  Weigh the A/C and archived the result

•  Attest the A/C is ready for STATIC and Engine Run. Such as refueling, Oxy Check, pre-first Engine  run inspection.

A/C STATIC and Engine RUN:

• STATIC Check including all system check such as Hydraulic, Flight control, Avionic, electrical, cabin, oxygen, communication, fuel, etc.

• APU Start and air-condition and ventilation check

• Engine dry cranking and wet cranking

• Engine De-storage and High Power run.

• Compass check and low speed check

Perform After test inspection

• Post Engine run inspection and daily remaining actions.

• TLB check

• Prepare PFFM (pre-first flight meeting)

Main activities:



      As a member of the Airbus FAL Tianjin
quality inspector team in quality department, you will be supporting FAL
structure, mechanical, customization, electrical teams in the production. The
role will include but is not limited to Quality inspections, Quality Assessment
and Engineering Technical Validation. While working in close relation with the
productions, your responsibilities may involve the following tasks, to ensure
the quality of the product:



  • Perform incoming inspections to Main
    Constituent Assembly/the special part or material i.e. accordingly
    identifications, outstanding work, concession issues… and release the part to
    the following production phases
    .

  • Conduct quality inspections as per
    the work orders following the drawings, specifications, work instructions and
    quality procedure and process i.e. inspections of MCA assembly mainly in structure
    and mechanical, as well wire routing, electrical installation, pipes/ducts
    installation…customization work and FOD …

  • Raise reports for non-conformities
    and make quality assessment according to related documents and attest the
    rework/repair

Supplier Support Management Operations (Temp) - ACEMS

Responsibilities
1. Action on improvement projects within the context of the supplier support management – operation team related to customer feedback (CSIP, SPSA Training & SIM feedbacks)
Familiar with ASPI, analyse Suppliers’ performance by this tool.
2. Manage customer relationship with respect to supplier management including communication on: Tools & applications on AirbusWorld, Supplier improvement plans, supplier performance KPIs, rating results, SIM communication and local communication kits.
3. Draft all customer queries related to supplier management for a given portfolio of suppliers, and reply within defined time scale by interfacing and negotiating with suppliers and/or relevant Airbus departments under guidance. Contribute to best practise /FAQ for customer queries and suggest improvement actions within supplier management or other Airbus departments; report any safety concern to local aircraft safety department.
4. Ensure suppliers follow-up to rating inputs & long-term issues; join industrial meetings and trainings; contribute to cross-function knowledge/experience exchange.
