Main activities:



      As a member of the Airbus FAL Tianjin
quality inspector team in quality department, you will be supporting FAL
structure, mechanical, customization, electrical teams in the production. The
role will include but is not limited to Quality inspections, Quality Assessment
and Engineering Technical Validation. While working in close relation with the
productions, your responsibilities may involve the following tasks, to ensure
the quality of the product:



  • Perform incoming inspections to Main
    Constituent Assembly/the special part or material i.e. accordingly
    identifications, outstanding work, concession issues… and release the part to
    the following production phases

  • Conduct quality inspections as per
    the work orders following the drawings, specifications, work instructions and
    quality procedure and process i.e. inspections of MCA assembly mainly in structure

Global Mobility Management - ACEMS

1. Global Assignment Policy Deployment: GMM GAP Policy implementation and interpretation in case of queries from expats

2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The FSR assists the FSM in implementing the support function for aircraft operation and thus developing the required working relationship with the customer.
2. His main responsibilities are to provide technical assistance to the airlines engineering and maintenance departments (especially during EIS) as well as guidance for proper troubleshooting and maintenance.
A/ Technical assistance:

Position Summary :

Customer Inspection Management- A330CDC

Ensure customer presentations as per applicable procedure
 Evaluate zone readiness and ensure on time call up for customer presentation.

       Position Summary :



 



Q The job holder is the technical responsible for the A/C
during the Final Operation test phase.



He ensures a safe and efficient
execution of Ground and Flight acceptance Tests on series
aircraft.



They are performed
in Production and in Delivery Phase leading to get the Certificate of Airworthiness of
the production aircraft
assembled
by Airbus.



He
participates to product and process continuous improvement.




Main responsibilities:




Q Work under Flight Test Engineer’s Delegation. He
is responsible for all tests done on the final A/C. He is the technical
responsible of the A/C once the product is out of painting hall and until the
product hands over to delivery center some weeks later on.



Q Perform during production phase from FOT (FAL Operational
Tests) , Test Instructions static checks
engine destorage and engine run, PFFM (Pre First Flight Meeting) Ground, compass swing and low speed taxi
checks, until Handover to Delivery Center .



Q Perform in
production phase from PFFM to Hand Over (H/O): high speed taxi
checks (Rejected take
Offs), and all relevant Cabin Tests during First Flight and further Check Flights in accordance to the
Production Test Manual.



Q Perform during delivery phase in presence of the
customers as member of
the
core delivery team:
Ground Checks in accordance to the Customer Acceptance Manual (CAM) including Static checks
and
engine run as well as the cabin tests during the Customer acceptance Flight



Q Ensure Cabin safety during Production and Customer Acceptance Flights



Q Ensure technical follow up of
the aircraft during production and delivery phase in close
collaboration with the
Flight Test Engineer.



Q  Present the technical
status of the aircraft to the
customer.



Q Fill the Aircraft Technical
LogBook and crew accept the technical points when work
has been carried
out and controlled.



Q Participate to all specific meetings
necessary.



Q Sign the Flight Condition Approval Form as POA (Production Organization Approval)
actor at PFFM
leading to the obtention of the temporary Permit to Fly.



Q Be a key technical
actor
in the On
Time On Quality On Costs Delivery.

Quality Oversight Agent is responsible :

  • Perform Operational surveillance
    of Product and Processes.

  • Perform Industrial Process Assessment (IPA) in order to qualified Manufacturing processes.

      1. Ensure a full service to production for all their demands
      from Supply Chain’s aspect



      • Responsible for the management of the normal flow parts
      delivery to the station



        Manage, track, and
      ensure a follow-up of purchase orders.



      • Responsible for the management of the secondary flow parts
      delivery to the station



        Manage material
      replacement restitution following reject, loss, wrong parts … in compliance
      with the logistic rules



      • Responsible for management of the FAL Stock of flying
      parts, ensure a both sufficient and proper stock level



      • Take leading position in communication/action towards the
      issues related to material re-quests via normal contact (phone call, email,
      SAP) and regular exchange activities (Station SQCDP, Operation Meeting etc)



      • Ensure the yellow tags transfer to next station



       



      2. Propose and be involved in the daily work improvement



      3. Responsible for management of returning the Flying parts
      due to NC (with the proximity store team)/ return of Ferry Flight Kit to Europe
